Servicing

We offer a wide range of servicing including an interim being your annual service, full service which includes all fluid changes and everything checking over, and we also offer valve clearance check and adjust if needed.

We service all makes and models including major servicing like Ducatis Desmo service.

Repairs

We can carry out most types of repairs including:

Engine rebuilds, electrical repairs, fault finding, mechanical failures

Bespoke Part Manufacturing

Bespoke manufacture of one off parts either fabricating, welding or machining.

Adaptations

We can modify most bikes to facilitate riders needs who require something a little unique.

Tyres

We offer tyre supplying of all brands.

Changing tyres on the vehicle or off as well as balancing wheels is available.

Regarding what types of wheels we can do motocross, quads, motorcycle and trikes.

MOTs

We MOT class 1 and class 2 vehicles.

Sidecar MOTs are included provided the sidecar has no braking system.

Pick up and drop off

We can pick up from any workplace or home address within a 30 mile radius.

Any addresses located outside of 30 mile radius comes at an additional fee.

We offer roadside recovery within working hours to our workplace or home address within a 30 mile radius.

Vapour Blasting

Dry Blasting

All metals Types - Used to remove minor surface marks and corrosion in preparation for paint, welding or polishing.

Finish - From our standard media we get a smooth matt finish.

Media / Pressures - We can be alter both to suit what type of finish you're after whether it be engine casing or moulding templates.

Media and pressures can be altered to restore manufacturing assemblies and removing by-product accumulated during manufacturing process. An example we have is stainless moulds used for plastic blow moulding which is restored to original surface finish.

Wet Blasting

Finish - From the majority of metal based materials we get a satin Finish.

Similar to dry blasting the wet blaster can be used to improve surface finish of non ferrous metals such as Aluminium, Stainless and Titanium. Surface is partially polished removing no metal and leaving a perfect equal finish.

Carburettor Cleaning

We have multiple ultrasonic cleaners which can house single carburettors all the way up to a bank of 6 carburettors

The process we follow would be taking the carburettors apart, dropping them in the ultrasonic bath then rebuild with either a rebuild kit or re use what can be salvaged.
